Catholic social teaching has long held that Christians are responsible to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and care for the sick. Our Lady of the Holy Family seeks to do as Christ would have us by working with the Greater Chicago Food Depository to provide our community with food.
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS
We need volunteers every Friday from 1:15pm until 3:45pm to register guests and help guests select the food that they desire.
We also need help on the second and fourth Fridays of the month from 8:30am until 9:30am as we put away the food delivery from the Depository.
If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Deacon Larry Sorce HERE.
